Project Title: Canungra Rise Estate Residential Development (Assessment Identification Number EPBC 2015/7485). The proposed action relates to implementing a 298 Lot subdivision which includes roadways, infrastructure services (i.e. water, stormwater, sewer, electricity) and stormwater devices (i.e. basins and swales).
Project Location: The overall Canungra Rise Estate site incorporates Lots 2 & 3 on SP261484, Lot 3 on SP261485, Lot 502 on SP261486 and Finch Road.
Project Proponent: Elbina Pty Ltd
Matters Protected by Part 3 of the EPBC Act:
Listed threatened species and ecological communities (sections 18 and 18A). Public comments were sought from 2 June 2016 till 30 June 2016. No public comments were received. The period for public comment is now closed. Hard copies of the final assessment documentation are available for viewing, for information only, for a period of 20 business days from Thursday, 7 July 2016 free of charge at the following locations:
