Andrew Wells, one of Planit’s directors, has over 18 years’ experience in water engineering for local government and the private sector.
As an experienced project manager, Andrew focuses on all aspects of a job. For example, he brings together complex investigations and feasibility assessments. These are necessary parts of the design and delivery of large-scale water, sewer and infrastructure projects.
Andrew plays a key liaison role with clients, key stakeholders and external regulatory and service authorities. Importantly, he ensures project objectives are identified and managed effectively.
Andrew’s expertise also includes strategic planning for complex trunk water and sewer infrastructure projects.
He applies extensive technical and analytical skills. He uses these to develop option assessments of projects and cost estimates. In the same vein, Andrew develops accurate scopes of works for infrastructure projects.
In addition, Andrew effectively coordinates resources from design through to construction, to deliver projects to the clients’ satisfaction.
