Andrew has over 17 years’ experience in the water engineering sector in both local government and the private sector.
Andrew has extensive experience in project management, investigation, feasibility assessment, and design and delivery of a wide range of large-scale water, sewer and infrastructure projects. Andrew has developed excellent communication skills, enabling him to effectively communicate and liaise with clients, key stakeholders and external regulatory and service authorities to ensure key objectives are identified and managed.
Andrew’s key areas of expertise include investigation, feasibility assessment, strategic planning of complex trunk water and sewer infrastructure and early identification of key components of projects. This ensures that project requirements are identified in the investigation phase to their fullest extent. He uses his extensive technical and analytical skills to undertake option assessments of projects, cost estimates, and prepare accurate scopes of works for infrastructure projects from design through to construction. Andrew effectively coordinates and allocates resources to ensure that projects are delivered in accordance with the scope and to the clients’ satisfaction.
