On behalf of our client, Planit has secured over 40 planning permits across the Greater Geelong region, under the Victorian Government’s $209 million investment to build 1000 new public housing properties.
Planit planning experts worked through the governments’ initiative to gain building approvals that provide around 1800 Victorians in need with homes that are close to shops, schools and transport and part of vibrant and well-connected neighbourhoods.
The public housing properties help Victorians escaping family violence, homelessness and life on the streets.
For nearby residents, the initiative adds value to the community and streetscape with new and modern homes on unutilised land.
